Coatings are kind of polymer material,that is, aging easily which affects normal use. The exterior aging phenomena of coatings appearing as cracking, moulding, contaminating,gloss loss, discoloring, chalking, blistering, shedding etc.

The changes in Physical and chemical properties appearing as specific gravity, glass state temperature,molecular weight,light absorption, temperature resistance etc. The changes in mechanical properties appearing as adhesion, tensile strength, and bending strength.

Product standard

It is required that the film has high gloss, vivid color and good color retention. Therefore, gloss loss, discoloring, chalking, cracking, blistering, shedding etc. are all important anti-aging indexes of the Coatings.Laboratory UV box test can be performed according to the standard GB/T 1865-2009.
