Introduction

Thermoplastic Elastomer TPES, usually called thermoplastic rubber, is a kind of co-polymer with properties of both thermoplastic and rubber.That is,

thermoplastic elastomer show elasticity at room temperature and can be plasticized into plastic materials at high temperature. TPES mainly includes TPO, TPU, TPS and TPV.

The downstream applications include automotive interior and exterior decorations, shoe materials, pipes, wires and cables, sporting goods and so on.

Due to most Thermoplastic Elastomer is particularly prone to aging that affected by light,heat, oxygen after lengthy exposure in sunlight. To retard the aging progress,the addition of Light Stabilizer is required.

Product standard

Reducing the Elastomer aging progress of yellowing and improving the aging resistance, are required, as well as long-term mechanical properties and color retention.
